If your show is already on iTunes then the next podcast directory your show needs to be listed in is Stitcher. Stitcher is the second most popular podcast directory and the good side is it's accessible both on Android and iOS devices.
Listing your show on Stitcher is for free and once you've submitted your show, the partner portal also offers some great metric/statistics to help you assess your podcast/show's performance.
